This collection contains records of organizations that are related to the Dominican Sisters of Hope. These organizations are the Northeast Dominicans (NED) now known as OPSCC, or Dominican Sisters in committed collaboration, REALM consulting group, Mount Saint Mary College, and Leadership Conference of Women Religious (LCWR). The records include reports, meeting minutes, newsletters, programs/schedules, and news clippings.

The collection contains administrative, corporate, and legal records, financial presentations and statements, and minutes of the following entities that deal with fiscal matters of the congregation: Dominican Sisters of Hope, Inc.

The collection contains records of the history of the foundation of the Dominican Sisters of Hope since 1995. The establishment of Hope started with the merger of three congregations, Dominican Sisters of Sick Poor, Ossining; Dominican Sisters The Most Holy Rosary, Newburgh; Dominican Sisters, Fall River MA.

This collection contains official records from members of council including the prioress and various other council members since the founding of Hope in 1995. The collection includes transfer papers, meeting minutes, correspondence, writings and publications etc.

The Departments collection is divided into series for each primary department involved in administering the Mariandale Center where the Dominican Sisters of Hope are based. Each series contains records pertaining to that specific department. This collection is accessible to staff only

This collection contains Manuals/handbooks, policies etc. produced or distributed by the Human Resources Department

The collection contains administrative records; records of the Ministry Fund Committee, including members, Minutes, grant reviews,  lists of grants awarded; and  award letters;  and applications for Ministry Fund grants.

The collection dates back to 1976 and contains corporate, legal, administrative, and financial records;  grant information, reports, evaluations, minutes and correspondence of the grant-funding of the Dominican Sisters of Hope Ministry Trust.
