Abstract
The collection contains records of the history of the foundation of the Dominican Sisters of Hope since 1995. The establishment of Hope started with the merger of three congregations, Dominican Sisters of Sick Poor, Ossining; Dominican Sisters The Most Holy Rosary, Newburgh; Dominican Sisters, Fall River MA.

Biographical or Historical Information
Founded in 1995 from three communities in Newburgh, NY, Fall River, MA, and Ossining, NY, we now live in thirteen states and are based out of The Center at Maraindale in Ossining, NY. We live in thirteen states and minister in a variety of unique ways, including community organizing, social work, education, environmental advocacy, and retreat ministry, among others.
