The collection contains records of the former and current ministries of the Dominican Sisters of Hope. It also contains records pertinent  to Ministries of any of the three former Congregations: DSSP, Fall River, or Newburgh, which have been received into the Archives of the Dominican Sisters of Hope since their inception in 1995.

The collection contains administrative records; records of the Ministry Fund Committee, including members, Minutes, grant reviews,  lists of grants awarded; and  award letters;  and applications for Ministry Fund grants.

The collection dates back to 1976 and contains corporate, legal, administrative, and financial records;  grant information, reports, evaluations, minutes and correspondence of the grant-funding of the Dominican Sisters of Hope Ministry Trust.

This collection contains various records directly related to the Hope Congregation, divided into 5 series: Properties, Programs and Events, Vocation, Formation, and Associates. These series cover each aspect of the Hope congregation and their life at the Mariandale center. These records include sales reports, tax documents, property records, photographs, meeting minutes, and administrative files.

The series contains examples of correspondence, goals, meeting notes,  minutes, personnel materials, policies and procedures, reports, special projects, and surveys of the communications department.

The Departments collection is divided into series for each primary department involved in administering the Mariandale Center where the Dominican Sisters of Hope are based. Each series contains records pertaining to that specific department. This collection is accessible to staff only

The collection contains the following records of each Leadership Team (Prioress and Council) of the Dominican Sisters of Hope: transition of leadership (Teams 1999-present).

This collection contains various records directly related to the Hope Congregation, divided into 5 series: Properties, Programs and Events, Vocation, Formation, and Associates. This series contains records related to properties that were or are still owned by the Dominican sisters of Hope. That includes propersties once belonging to Dominican sisters of Newburgh, Sick Poor and Fall River.
