Biographical/Historical Note
Sister Rose Anna was born Alice Heon on July 8, 1911 in Fall River, MA. She entered the Fall River Congregation on June 7, 1930. She received the habit on December 8, 1930 and was given the religious name, Sister Osanna. (She began using the name, Sister Rose Anna after Vatican II). She pronounced first vows on December 9, 1931 and final vows on August 4, 1928 December 8, 1935. During her years in the congregation she served in the following schools: St. Anne's, Fall River, MA; St. Francis Xavier, Acushnet, MA; and St. Peter's, Plattsburgh, NY. She died on June 20, 1975
