Acquisition Information
The item was acquired from a display case at Mount St. Mary College on 2012 June 19 prior to the re-purposing of the former Motherhouse building, which the College purchased in 2011.
Physical Description
The clip-on bookmark, which measures 1 3/8" wide x 2 3/8" high, is of brass colored metal held in a paper envelope designed for it. It bears an image of the seal of the Dominican Sisters of Newburgh and the words, Dominican Sisters Newburgh, NY 1869-1994.
